Sponsor

Various sponsorship packages are available.  For more information about being a sponsor, view the sponsorship information from the helpful downloads or contact us at admin@projectbacktoschool.org.

Exhibit

Businesses, nonprofit organizations and government agencies are encouraged to promote their organization, services and products with a Community Resource Booth at the Roundup.  Print the Roundup Booth Registration from the helpful downloads.

As an exhibitor, your organization will have the opportunity to connect with over 3,800 people attending the Roundup.  Priority is given to returning exhibitors. Registration will close two weeks before the Roundup.

Volunteer

If your organization is a sponsor and your employees or members are interested in volunteering before or during the Roundup, email us at volunteers@projectbacktoschool.org. for volunteer registration information.

If you are not associated with a sponsoring organization and would like to volunteer the day before the Roundup as we set up, please email us at volunteers@projectbacktoschool.org.

Volunteer information must be received 20 days before the Roundup so background checks can be completed prior to the event.  Email us your full name, date of birth, organization, preferred email and when you want to volunteer.   Volunteers working during the Roundup must be at least 18 years old.  No children may accompany volunteers during the Roundup.

Leave a Legacy

Donate to the Project Back to School Endowment Fund at the Wichita Falls Area Community Foundation where your donation will be invested.   You will be making a long-term investment which will grow and continue to help children prepare for school in the future.
