Businesses, nonprofit organizations and government agencies are encouraged to promote their organization with a Community Resource Booth at the Roundup.
As an exhibitor, your organization will have the opportunity to connect with over 3,500 attendees. Booth space is for organizations promoting educational programs, youth programs, living assistance, health and safety. Priority is given to returning exhibitors. Registration will close on August 1.
If your organization is a sponsor and your employees or members are interested in volunteering, email us at email@example.com for volunteer registration information.
Volunteer information must be received before August 1 so background checks can be completed prior to the Roundup. Email us your full name, date of birth, organization, preferred email and when you want to volunteer. Roundup volunteers must be at least 18 years old. No children may accompany volunteers during the Roundup.
A donation of just $20 provides a child in Wichita Falls with a grade-appropriate school supply kit, new backpack, community resource information, immunizations, health screenings and services at our Roundup every August. Donate online or mail your donation to Project Back to School P.O. Box 9700 Wichita Falls, TX 76308.
Various sponsorship packages are available. For more information about being a sponsor, view the sponsorship levels below or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Project Back to School does not sell, trade, or share its donor list with any other organization, nor do we send fundraising requests to our donors on behalf of another organization.
